When does it launch?

Will it be free?
There'll be a free tier to get you training, with an optional subscription that unlocks the full programs and progress tracking.
Do I need equipment?
No. Plenty of exercises are bodyweight, and the rest use simple gear — you can filter the library by exactly what you have on hand.
Is it only for low handicappers?
Not at all. Three tiers — Par, Birdie, and Eagle — scale from your very first session up to tour-level conditioning.

Hey, I’m Jonathan

I built GolfBod because I love this game — and I got tired of generic gym plans that ignored the one thing that actually matters on the course: the swing.

Every exercise here is chosen and coached for what it does for your turn, your power, and your walk up the 18th. My hope is simple — that you reach the first tee stronger, looser, and ready. I can’t wait to put it in your hands.
